Patent: Apple is working to improve the geo-location of its devices!

Apparently Apple never misses an opportunity to register new patents to improve their products, especially in view of future technologies. Besides, you know, the most prestigious representative, Steve Jobs, has a lot of vision and day to day there is always so much material that is brewing. Recently, Apple is working hard to make revolutionary geo-location of iDevice.

The Geo-localization, For the uninitiated, is the identification of geographical location in the real world of a given object, such as a phone or a computer connected to the Internet. Specifically, speaking of iPhone, an example of geolocation is the cursor that appears blue in the map, which shows us on the map, the exact (or almost) in which we live.

Similarly, when we are moving more and using this technology, but also thanks to the GPS, we see the cursor move with us, making it especially useful to walk through the streets of towns and cities do not know.

Apple is considering an even more revolutionary for us to use this service and to make things very much more useful. Let's say we're driving on and our goal is to Milan, where we must go to a concert. During the trip we just want to drink something right now to find points of interest around us, such as a pub, we must use dedicated applications, Around Me for one thing, but they do nothing but show us , by the placemark on the map, where are the places that interest us and that we tried.

Soon, the new iPhone firmware, or in the future however, the Maps application will tell us much more and perhaps even radically change the graphical user interface that currently relies on Google Maps. What we will always be available window "SEARCH" for example, where we write the word "pub", just as we already do about Around me & Company, but beyond that we see in real time what we have before us as we move, that bar, they are monuments, restaurants that are ... etc.. In doing so, especially when we walk, we do not lose anything of what's interesting about us.

In the only final, it seems clear, all applications currently present in the AppStore that already do much in this direction are useless because all of these services will be natively integrated into the firmware of our iPhone
